Hi,

after finishing our test on Notes Traveler, we installed a new machine with Domino 8.5.2 FP2 and Traveler 8.5.2.2 for production.

Now on Android devices with the Traveler client 8.5.2.2 (Build 201103081654) there is a message in the status bar on every sync to enter the password of the notes id. I've never seen this message in our test environment with Traveler 8.5.2.1.

Entering the password didn't stop the message from appearing with the next sync again.

After uploading my notes id to my mailfile and entering the id password, the message disappeared.

I think, it has something to do with the new added feature for reading encrypted mails on the Android client but the message appears for each mail sync, even for unencrypted mails.

Is this a feature or is there another reason for this message ?

I find it very annoying for users, who never or rarely receive encrypted emails.

Our users are working with full clients and it wouldn't be easy to navigate each user to his mailfile via iNotes for uploading his id and entering his password.
